Define a subsystem file to deploy bundles using ObrHandler Service, Subsystem's definition is as following(experimental):

D:/sub1/ org.xxx org.yyy ....

Provisioning Strategy is as following:

  1. firstly, deploying the above modules using gf system obr repo which is created by gf/modules
  2. if not founding matched resources, generating user-defined repo from the above file and using user-defined repo to deploy modules
  3. if startlevel attribute is defined in the file, we should start these bundles according to proper start level.
