Update to latest cZipArchive

Thank you to @wqweto for his excellent ongoing work on cZipArchive.

PD uses this class for OpenRaster (ORA) and Comic Book Archive (CBZ) format support.  Thanks to recent cZipArchive improvements, these formats now support files encoded in Zip64 format (although standard 32-bit memory limits remain, obviously).
