Effects > Artistic > Stained Glass, Pixelate > Crystallize: expose new engine features
Many new features for both effects, alongside new performance tweaks, makes both of these effects much better than before. (There are too many new features to name here, but I'm particularly excited about the new "pattern" options, as well as a new lighting model for the Stained Glass tool.)
