Issue description: I can't find atom-live-server in Atom under packages or install. I've tired to uninstall/install Atom many times but this doesn't resolve the issue. I am on a Mac and when looking for updates I received an error message that I'm on the read-only format. Not sure how this happened and how to correct it. Has this been a reoccuring issue? What are the cause and resolution?

atom-live-server is third-party version I have no experience in. If this is still a problem, I suggest you ask that project's maintainer.
