All

  • Can't shoot in mouseFallback mode
    • This mode is deprecated
    • Use latest Chrome (or Firefox) which support the Pointer Lock API
  • Sound has delay
    • Download the sources and play locally

Chrome

  • [Windows] If using ANGLE (WebGL to D3D9 translation layer) shadows cause some materials to fail
    • Work-around 1: Disable shadows from the options menu
    • Work-around 2: Switch to native OpenGL by restarting chrome with --use-gl=desktop command line parameter

Firefox

  • [Windows] If using ANGLE (WebGL to D3D9 translation layer) shadows cause some materials to fail
    • Work-around 1: Disable shadows from the options menu
    • Work-around 2: Switch to native OpenGL by going to about:flags page and setting webgl.prefer-native-gl to true
  • Performance is bad
  • Windowed mode does not work (i.e. fullscreen forced regardless of fullscreen-option)
    • Currently Firefox does not support Pointer Lock in windowed mode
    • Switch to Chrome
  • Sound is choppy
    • Switch to Chrome

Opera

  • Opera 12.10's WebGL implementation is fragile. It does not pass the conformance suite, many Three.js examples fail etc. As such, this game does not support it.
