We've created a lot of lessons for teaching coding at MV Code Club You are welcome to use the lessons we've published over there for personal use for no cost. I wasn't happy with just using markdown, it didn't provide enough expressiveness, so we built our own website and tool for this. If you are interested in teaching coding to kids, please contact me, I may be able to help.
