fix(bundler): Auto-launch app from install location, closes #3547

This still needs to be tested for non-default install paths just to be safe (i only tested it for the default C:/Program Files/app name). Didn't have time for it (creating this PR on my mobile and i hate it).
As always I forgot the change file but i can add it when I'm back home in a few hours.
