Is there any plans to look into pattern matching and currying?

From the other issue: "Proposals should have an identified champion and repository set up where work happens. This is not the place to brainstorm about proposals." Maybe check out https://esdiscuss.org/?

Yes, this is not the place to discuss proposal ideas. es-discuss is the right place. Please see CONTRIBUTING.md for more on how you can get traction for your proposal.
