Will this fix the issue with builds on arm?

This PR is because of some areas of the repo use gcc-6 and others gcc-5, this is to align them all to use the same version of gcc.

As for the arm issues, I'm not sure if it is xgo that is causing them, as I'm building other projects and the arm7 executable that is built works just fine. More investigation about arm is required.
