Support setting the RESETCONNECTION flag for reused connections. #85

The 'packet.STATUS.RESETCONNECTION' flag should be set for any connection that is reused (e.g. a connection reused from a connection pool).

A potential implementation is to update the Packet constructor to take an optional resetConnection bool, which when true applies the RESETCONNECTION flag as needed.

I've prototyped and tested this approach, and while it works, I'm not sure it's the cleanest way to approach the problem.

If so, I'll submit a pull request and if not make the necessary adjustments.
