A slight tweek of the LGPL ffmpeg FLAC decoder removed from the RockBox firmware for use with openHiFi.

ARM asm does not work with thumb2 as written so it cannot be used for openHiFi (Cortex M3)

The makefile makes a static library for openHiFi.
