Handle SIGTERM, SIGHUP, etc. gracefully #184

Currently SIGINT (Ctrl-C) leads to clean shutdown, but we should also cleanly shutdown on other common signals used to kill processes.

Apparently I did SIGTERM already, but not SIGHUP.
