--docker-run is missing helpful text about which ports are exposed #235

In normal mode you get this in output:

No traffic is being forwarded from the remote Deployment to your local machine. You can use the --expose option to specify which ports you want to forward.

In --docker-run I think this goes to docker log, so user never sees it; probably should refactor output code so it goes someplace where it'll always happen.
