Failed name lookups are to be expected in the normal course of operations. Additionally, it's easy to identify this as the event when an exception is handled from the name lookup code.

Currently, an entire traceback is written out when this occurs. This bloats the Telepresence logs and makes debugging other issues more annoying.

When a name lookup fails, a single log line should be added to the log explaining this. This gives sufficient information to allow the reader to know what has happened without overwhelming the log with 10-15 lines of noise for each occurrence.
