Local docker container may get confused by default route #532

When using the container method, local-docker/entrypoint.py runs route to figure out how to talk to the host. Sometimes this will return a name rather than an IP address, and sometimes that name is truncated.

From @pkim-auro in #462:

pkim@infra-build:~$ docker run --rm -it --entrypoint route datawire/telepresence-local:0.75
Kernel IP routing table
Destination     Gateway         Genmask         Flags Metric Ref    Use Iface
default         ip-172-17-0-1.e 0.0.0.0         UG    0      0        0 eth0
172.17.0.0      *               255.255.0.0     U     0      0        0 eth0

Telepresence should run route -n instead.
