After the fix, the button text of disabled Upload is visible in IE and Edge for all SASS themes.
The issue may be tested on Kendo UI SASS staging using Upload's API demo.
As a side effect, however, when hovering the button in IE, the cursor becomes pointer and the buttons has hover styles applied, which is not expected.
