Bug report

When a Tooltip is set on Drawing shape, it does not hide when the mouse leaves the shape and passes over the Tooltip.

Reproduction of the problem

  1. Open the Dojo
  2. Hover the Arc.
  3. Quickly move the mouse over the Tooltip
  4. Move the mouse to the left (away from the Arc and Tooltip)

VIDEO

Current behavior

The Tooltip stays visible.

Expected/desired behavior

The Tooltip should hide.

Environment

  • Kendo UI version: 2018.3.1017
  • Browser: [Chrome 70, Firefox 62]
Note: Not reproducible in IE and Edge or it is very difficult to reproduce it.
