Rename some temporal_sdk_core to temporalio_sdk_core.

Why?

This was changed in #1034. A few spots got missed

Note

Updates test telemetry/log filters and build/test scripts to reference temporalio_sdk_core, removing an obsolete feature flag.

• Tests:
  • Update default RUST_LOG/telemetry filter in crates/sdk-core/tests/common/mod.rs to temporalio_sdk_core.
• Scripts:
  • docker-cgroup-tests.sh: Switch test target selector to temporalio_sdk_core and remove temporal-sdk-core-protos/serde_serialize feature.
  • etc/integ-with-otel.sh: Set TEMPORAL_TRACING_FILTER to temporalio_sdk_core.
