We found a Contributor License Agreement for you (the sender of this pull request), but were unable to find agreements for all the commit author(s) or Co-authors. If you authored these, maybe you used a different email address in the git commits than was used to sign the CLA (login here to double check)? If these were authored by someone else, then they will need to sign a CLA as well, and confirm that they're okay with these being contributed to Google.
In order to pass this check, please resolve this problem and have the pull request author add another comment and the bot will run again. If the bot doesn't comment, it means it doesn't think anything has changed.

Your translation looks nice.
Only we have to discuss is minor rules for translation, for example space between alphabetical word and Hiragana (or Katakana).

We are planing to decide the rule and check it automatically with this tool:

[weak proposal]
I guess ビルディングブロック ==> パーツ is more natural for Japanese.
But, it a weak proposal and you can choose one you prefer.

Now I used 構成要素 instead of ビルディングブロック. What do you think about it?

It better to insert white space between alphabetical word and Hiragana (or Katakana).
We are currently discussing on translation guideline for Japanese.
How do you think about it?

The space between an alphabetic word and a Japanese word should be the issue of style. I don't think it's good idea to insert white space between them by hand.

Thanks for reviewing. For a style guide for the Japanese community translations, feel free to add to the ja/README.md file, or discuss on the docs-ja@tensorflow.org list. If you think the translation guide will be longer than should go in the readme, we can add a ja/translation_guide.md file if you think that helps.

Let me know how using RedPen goes. We're not ready to include it into the docs repo, yet, but might be worth showing the other community translation groups if you think it's useful. Thanks

Thanks!
I'm going to try and merge as many as I can to "bootstrap" the Japanese community translations. Reviews may not be as thorough, but this can be iterated on in the future.
