1.10or later. Upgrading the API Gateway module to supportregionfeat: Support region as a variable terraform-aws-apigateway-v2#140 would mean we would have to enforcev1.10there as well due to ACM https://github.com/terraform-aws-modules/terraform-aws-apigateway-v2/blob/7a5b8800a20316b36fbf9952a4c9b94462bcfce2/main.tf#L168. Thats not great, so downgrading seems logicalBreaking Changes
