TLSv1 and TLSv1.1 should be deprecated but we may keep them for extended compatibility. TLSv1.2 should always be used (where TLSv1.3 is not available).

TLSv1.1andTLSv1.2inorigin_ssl_protocolsexamples.Motivation and Context
TLSv1 is deprecated. We should encourage usage of TLSv1.2 everywhere, hence adding it in examples.

No breaking changes, protocols have been added.
