A simple python script that uses a small corpus of chili recipes and surrealist poetry to generate surrealist chili recipes.
Requires markovify
To wit:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cans of lukewarm milk, chopped, juices reserved
- 5 cups of ductile paste
- 1/8 teaspoon dried mulato chiles
- 5 pounds 85 percent lean ground cumin
- Coarse salt
- 2 pounds Manila clams
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground cinnamon, rinsed
- 3 teaspoons cider vinegar
- Coarse salt pork, cut into 1/8-inch cubes
- 1 cup dried chipotle chiles
- 4 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper, peeled
- A monstrous excrescence
- Place the ground beef in a Dutch oven or other heavy pot, heat oil over high.
- Cook, breaking up meat, until browned, 9 minutes. They see the palms of hands, the crowns in eyes. Heat 1 1/2 tablespoons oil in a medium bowl.
- Peel and finely chop the onion with a wooden spoon, until onion is translucent and garlic is soft, about 4 minutes.
- Add sweet potatoes, black beans, and cook until fragrant, 30 seconds to 1 minute. Stir in chicken until heated through.
- I was then already as old as I am dragged along by an ice-pack with teeth of flame. Once mixture is boiling, reduce heat just enough so mixture bubbles gently.
- Serve chili topped with sour cream and cilantro.
