• changed scope from text.gri -> source.gri (or maybe they should all…

… be text.gri?)

• changed key equivalent to cmd-B to follow that of LaTeX (should work now that it has the proper scope)
• added quotes around misc. shell variables to handle paths and filenames with spaces (I don't have Gri, so I didn't test this change, sorry if I broke something!)
