“Double Quotes”: Change shortcut to `^` + `"`

The new shortcut reflects the intention of the command – wrapping the
current selection in double quotes – a little bit better than the old
    one.

    Menu: Move item “Math”

Before this change menu items related to the math environment were
located in “Environments”→“Math”. Now they are directly accessible via
    the main menu item “Math”.

Grammar: Make `lstinline` behave like `verb`

The bundle supports the `verbatim` and `lstlisting` environments, the
`verb` macro, but not the `lstinline` macro. This change fixes that by
simply treating `lstinline` just like `verb`. The bundle grammar now
treats symbols like `\` and `$` – inside the `lstinline` macro – just
    like other non special characters.

    Merge “List” menu items

Before this change we had two menu groups for commands concerning lists:

      - “Environments” → “Lists” and
      - “Lists”

. Now we have only one: “Lists”.

    “Previous Cell”: Use shortcut `^` + `⇧` + `⇥`

Before this change, the shortcut for “Previous Cell” was `^` + `⇤`
(Reverse Tab). In theory we can enter reverse tab by combining `⇧` and
`⇥`. However this procedure does not work in current versions of
    TextMate.

Fix broken file path formatting when viewing PDF in TM

    Calls to urllib.quote/urllib.parse.quote
(python2 and 3, respectively), would crash for file
paths containing special characters. Fix by utf-8 encoding
    the file path.

    “Watch Document”: Fix cleanup process

“Watch Document” now properly removes auxiliary files, even if the
filename contains characters that have a special meaning inside a
regular expression. For example, if you call your master file `[A →
B].tex` and quit Skim, then TextMate will now remove auxiliary files
    such as `[A → B].aux`.

“Help”: Remove page numbers from the TOC

We use a single page for the whole document. Therefore the table of
content shows that every part of the document starts at page 1. While
technically correct, this is information is not very helpful 😀.

Add new command “Convert Symbols in Word”

This command acts as replacement for the macro “Convert ASCII Symbol to
LaTeX Command”. “Convert Symbols in Word / Selection” replaces special
characters and certain sequences of characters with an equivalent LaTeX
symbol. It works either on the current selection, or – if there is no
selection — on the current word.

For example, if you select the following characters:

        <=> -> → =>

and press `⌘` + `&`, then TextMate replaces the selection with the
    following LaTeX commands:

        \Leftrightarrow \rightarrow \rightarrow \Rightarrow

    “Clean”: Fix HTML Output

Before this change the output of “Clean” would be incorrect if the
filename of a TeX file in the current directory contained spaces. For
example: If the current directory contained the file `file with
spaces.aux`, then “Clean” would display the following:

       Removed file
       Removed with
       Removed spaces.aux

Add new code for removing auxiliary files

Previously “Clean” and “Watch Document” both implemented their own
methods to remove auxiliary files. Therefore both commands contained a
lot of the same basic code written in two different programming
languages (Python, Perl). We now replace most of the two different code
paths with the new command line tool `clean.rb`. This change implies
that in the future we only need to fix a single code base if we want to
    update the clean up code.

    “Clean”: Fix extension check

Before this commit “Clean” removed files even if just the last
characters of the filename matched one of the extensions specified in
`auxiliary.yaml`. “Clean” therefore also incorrectly removed files such
as `.fslckout` in addition to auxiliary files ending with `.out`. This
    commit fixes #139.
