In other syntaxes, logical operators (and, or, not) are categorized as keyword.operator.logical. To be consistent, lua should do the same. Currently, they are just categorized as keyword.operator. From microsoft/vscode#71504.

Just FYI, the source of the VS Code Lua syntax highlighting is https://github.com/sumneko/lua.tmbundle (which is a fork of this repository), as you can see by looking at https://github.com/microsoft/vscode/blob/main/extensions/lua/syntaxes/lua.tmLanguage.json#L7
