sir please tell me the all over guidelines to register on yowsup 2.0,

and also i am getting error in installing the setup, getting stuck at

whenever i am trying to run the yowsup setup using command "python setup.py install",
it shows me the following error

Today I installed the CLI on a fresh vagrant ubuntu image. I manged to run sudo ptyhon setup.py install without an error after running:

sudo apt-get install python python-dateutil python-argparse python-setuptools libncurses5-dev build-essential python-dev

Again, i am getting the same problem, after installing the packages.
