Footprints scale with the amount of blood in the decal #40148
Instead of each decal always having the maximum amount of blood in it, they will start with a small amount and gain more for each additional decal that is generated and merged.
What this essentially means is one person getting chopped up and left to bleed out will generate a lot more footprints than someone getting punched a couple of times.
This should make blood pools and footprints feel a lot more accurate in visually representing the amount of violence that took place in the area. A lot of blood means something worse than just a brawl went down (usually), as it should.
