detailed description and behavior needed.
I think this would be good:
skipplugins property. -> anything set under this, would be excluded.
For example if you wanted to exclude dynmap, would you just put dynmap, or would you have to put dynmap, jar as well?
I think it should be that the actual plugin JAR and the plugin's data directory are different, and can be excluded seperately.
Hmm i would like to limit this to "available"-Plugins only. Meaning only plugins listed via /plugins command should be backed up.
Why via API and not via directory listing? Well, we can directly ask the plugin what DataFolder it uses and what name the file has so this can be done with a relative simple class ^^
Ok, that sounds like a good idea, I wasn't too sure how to achieve this, but as you can see I've already added some configuration to support it.
If you could work on this, that would be great.
ill look into it. I have updated my local resources so i can work on it this weekend even if i dont have web access ^.^
Would it be possible to include an option to ONLY save the plugins folders without the jars in it (and the worlds ofc)? Those just take unneeded space on my disk!
shure if we dont save the jar and only use plugin.getDataFolder() by simply checking for this new option it would be possible.
This will be done in next release.
