Make sure iOS behaves itself in the background #408

When an iOS app is sent to the background its MPCF connections are not instantly killed. They are allowed to run for a bit. We need to test this and make sure that JXcore will still run right and we are still synching until we get a notification that we are to be killed and then we clean up right.
