A peer opening a large number of connections could cause a DOS issue #434

We fire an event every time a peer opens a connection and authenticates. In theory if a peer tried to open a huge number of connections this could cause a DOS attack. Of course an easier attack is to open one connection and start shoving down a bunch of data. But still.
