In general we can't rely on static ports since other apps could grab them. But in iOS we face the additional challenge that after we come out of suspended state we won't have any of our old ports and due to conflict we have to grab a new one. So we need a way for the WebView to find the port without using a port to do it. The obvious candidate would be the Cordova Bridge that JXcore provides on iOS and Android.
