Techologies used were CodeIgniter PHP Framework, Mysql, Google Transliterate controls
Mysql database structure is available in db_structure.sql

Installation steps:

Import db_structure.sql to a Mysql database
Provide database connection info in /system/application/config/database.php
Open file /system/application/config/config.php and substitute $config['base_url']
Upload files to web server
