This project is setting out with the intention of being very beginner friendly and very supporting for members/companies using it.
Support is definitely one of the things that will get the most attention and effort.
There are multiple support channels
Github issues is for bug and feature requests.
For issues with the documentation (This website), open an issue on the docs repository https://github.com/the-startup-stack/docs
Beyond documentation, the central part of the project are the cookbooks. If you have an issue or a bug executing one of them, open an issue on the cookbooks repo https://github.com/the-startup-stack/stack-cookbooks
