I guess this file predated the `.editorconfig` directives and hasn't really been modified (or changes excluded) since. This is a no-change edit to have the file conform to the style before making modifications, to allow for a clean diff of changes in the next commit. Signed-off-by: Mike Fiedler <miketheman@gmail.com>

I'm disabling the 3.8 build for now (we need stdlib-list to support it first, opened #47 to track it). |
