Update kute.js to support delayedCall and Object tweening #100

I update Kute.js to support more functions, you can search '/* cmiscm' for the code that I added.

  1. Add delayedCall :
    const dc = KUTE.delayedCall(duration, callback, params, scope);
    dc.stop() // kill the delayed call

  2. Fix the bug calling Complete function twice.

  3. Update it to support Object tween.
    Kute.js only supports DOM elements tween, tweening Object is very useful function for animations.
    const obj = {no: 0};
    KUTE.to(obj, {no: 2}).start();

Hold your horses man, there is an ES6/ES7 version coming, you will play with that code.
