feat(contract): price oracle for non-stablecoin pairs

The MVP assumes a 1:1 stablecoin pair. Real markets need a price feed.

Acceptance criteria

• Pluggable oracle interface
• LTV/health computed from collateral value
• Tests with a mock oracle
