    parse query string with Plack::Request instead of URI

    Setting up a fake URI and putting in the query string does a bunch of
    pointless string munging, whereas Plack::Request instantiation has near-
    zero overhead.
    
    The query string parsing code itself is literally identical between the
    modules (modulo variable names) (at the time of this writing).
    
    Finally, Plack::Request caches its results in $env, so if someone else
    in the request cycle is also asking it for query parameters, the effort
    of parsing them will only be expended once.
