The ROUND() and TRUNC() functions just don't seem to work here. Not sure why. So just do it in Perl and stop worrying about it. Also, round the versions in the test output in Perl space, too. Should always be consisten with what's returned by the engines.
In order to allow multitle projects to use a single deploy script, let the constraint be on `project` and `script_hash`, instead. This requires upgrading the registry to v.1.1. Note that we're also changing the data type of the `releases.version` column on MySQL so that its precision is always accurate for our needs.
A couple of small typo fixes. I'm unsure about the deletion around line 518. You say above that `squitch` automatically inserts the error handling code, and you have *not* included it in the example, so I think that the prose suggesting that you did (and one should) is a left-over.
