Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The problem is that I want some posts to disappear from my feed.

Describe the solution you'd like
I want to have an ability to ignore a tag.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Looks like the only way to achieve it atm is following the tag and setting its weight to -999 or something. I don't want to follow tags that I want to ignore.

Additional context
Something like that maybe?

This might be useful as the site's userbase grows up.

@Defman21 do you know what happens to an article that has two tags, one that you follow regularty and one set to -999? Does the article gets pushed down? Or does the followed tag trump the downgraded one?

I haven't done my trick, so imo:

  1. The article should be pushed down to the bowels of hell if I don't follow any other tags in the article.
  2. The article should be visible, though its position in the feed depends on how much of my following tags intersects with the article's. Their weight should also affect that (e.g. it should be somewhere in the top if I ignore only 1 and follow 3-4 of 6 tags of an article).

I almost think there needs to be a "sometimes" and "never" in that case. Like, I'm interested in javascript, not interested in mongo, and never interested in video. A MEAN stack article might interest me sometimes, but a JS video would never interest me.

I don't think you'd need sometimes level. You can:

  1. Follow a tag (interested).
  2. Don't follow it (not interested/sometimes).
  3. Simply ignore it (never interested).

I think this makes a lot of sense but I'm not sure 'ignore' on every button is how we would want to present it. Might make sense as a list of tags to ignore under user settings.
