GIF search in comment composer/editor

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Right now adding GIFs to a comment is a bit clunky: find a gif and upload it to dev.to, or paste in a link to a gif. Gifs are fun and a great way to communicate feelings, but the current comment composer makes it a chore to add them to a comment.

Describe the solution you'd like

Platforms like Twitter give users the ability to search for a gif (using Giphy or Tenor as a backend I think) and automatically paste it into their message composer. I'd love to see a way to search for and add a gif without leaving the comment composer
