More error handling fixes in apmutils (Thanks @jmbach)
Make -tivo kernel variant default.
Notes on ISO image:
AMD64 version only. Bootable by either traditional MBR or UEFI bios.
Base system is Debian 10 (Buster).
Two kernel versions. Use the -tivo variant to recognize Tivo APM ext partitions and make them mountable.
Auto-login as tivo (regular user).
Use root command (alias for sudo -s) to enable root-privs to access drives in raw mode.
Use lsblk to identify your Tivo drive(s).
latest version (v1.25) of ddrescue included.
Release includes packages for: 64-bit (amd64), 32-bit (i386) and Raspberry Pi (armhf)
