This dataset (csv file) contains the estimated weekly influenza incidences (ILI+) across 79 cities of the United States between January 2005 and December of 2014. The influenza incidence, namely ILI+, is a derived by integrating the Google Flu Trends and the CDC's virologic surveillance reports.
