    The PrefabUtility caused so many issues when attempting to create
    a linked prefab with the camera rig fix. Instead this just uses
    instantiate which doesn't have the same issues.

    The example scenes all have broken Oculus prefab instances unless the
    specific version of the Oculus SDK is used. This fix uses a script to
    attempt to repair the prefab by recreating the setup automatically.

    The additive scene loading constructor scene causes too much
    confusion to people using the example scenes so the additive loaded
    SDK Manager has now been deleted and the SDK Manager and CameraRig
    setup exists per scene.

    Unity 2018.1 deprecated the `hierarchyWindowChanged` event and is now
    called `hierarchyChanged` so the fix is to do a script define to use
    the correct event based on the version.

    The Body Physics script was doing a BoxCast but always just using the
    default `Physics.BoxCast` which meant it never took into consideration
    the custom raycast settings being applied.
    
    The CustomRaycast script now contains a CustomBoxCast method that the
    Body Physics script is now using which brings it in line with other
    raycast types.

    The latest version of the Google VR SDK (v1.110.0 released 2017-11-08)
    uses the string constant "daydream" as the VRSettings.loadedDeviceName.
    See GoogleVR/Scripts/GvrSettings.cs
    
    This also applies to the built in Unity SDK for Daydream and for
    Cardboard.

    The previous way of attempting to notify the user that they need to
    open the example constructor scene before opening any of the example
    scenes did not work if no 3rd party SDK was installed that required
    it. It would simply just continually throw the error message.
    
    The new solution is not to try and second guess what the set up is
    automatically and to just provide a popup window with information
    for the user on requiring them to open the constructor example scene.
