Since I'm impatient, I thought I'd have a crack at fleshing out the CLI in some rudimentary form so that I can test the performance of the off-chain micropayments mechanism.
Here's what I have so far. However, I'm confused how to attain the Merkle proof data and how to batch up several off-chain service_payments into one(or an aggregated final) on-chain service_payment.
I know you're busy with 3.0 approaching, but take a look and let's schedule a call if you have time.
