It should be easier to setup and configure HTTP servers during development. They are all currently co-located within builds :devtools which is misleading and might suggest that you actually need one per build. It would be totally fine to share one server between 20 builds as long as each used a different :output-dir that is reachable by one HTTP root.

This should be a top-level config thing and the simplest form could be "serve the public directory at port 8000":

:dev-http {8000 "public"}

Current configurations should continue to work and just be extracted into the new format.
