…ting 10.6+ 32bit+64bit. a check should be added for 10.5/ppc that recompiles in that scenario, but otherwise a compile shouldnt be necessary.
added TSICTString lib, which might not be the fastest implementation (due to how often data gets shuffled around), but was reasonably simple and is fast enough not to care for this use case. perhaps updating to use reverse-string concatenation voodoo would help, but not enough for me to care. made xcode/clang stop bitching about two unused function parameters.
… build the previous gem, resulting in o-r permissions for all files (no longer world readable). this isn't a problem when using RVM and installing as a user, or when installing via bundler, but breaks essentially everything when doing sudo gem install. this commit does nothing but bump the version number so i can rebuild the gem with rubygems 1.8.8.
