Remove the Second header and all its logic #83

Due to the new redesign, we are going to remove the second header that is shown in some occasion within the system.
This task is about removing the header, but also check the code to remove any feature (eg extra CSS spacing) that is dependent on the extra header.
AC:
- Remove the second header component and all its functionality
- Remove the logic that was handling the sub-product pages (the dropdown on the left)
- Ensure you also check mobile and ensure mobile is also updated correctly
- Check the code for any "feature" that has been added as part of the header and remove it
- Navigate the site (try to check all possible layouts) in desktop and mobile to make sure they work fine
