The work is great, but I found something missing:
- Remove the DOC in the "TutorialLayout".
- Ensure the page that loads the tutorial layour works correctly (http://localhost:4321/ccip/tutorials/evm/cross-chain-tokens/register-from-eoa-remix)

Description
Go to the Docs page and see the secondary header removed. You can also see it exists on the CCIP directory page (pending CL decision on whether or not to remove it from there too). Some logic exists to support the SecondaryHeader on the CCIP Directory page
