ofxLiveSet is an openframeworks addon, developed for the klanglichtstrom performance. It allows you to structure your performance like an ableton live session.
This is a work in progress, it is sill buggy, incomplete and not yet clean. It is very likely that the codebase will change.
Supports different types of tracks and clips
- graphics (everything that can be drawn onto an ofFbo)
- audio (not yet, working on it)
- can be easily extended
It comes with an ofxGui, a web based gui will probably be added in the future
Almost all parameters are midi, key and osc mappable.
You can download a fresh version of openFrameworks, as well as ofxLiveSet and its depedencies via the following command.
sh -c "$(curl -sSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/thomasgeissl/ofxLiveSet/master/scripts/install.sh)"
- getting rid of pointers and fix constructor, setup order
- dynamically adding tracks and clips
- lot of performance improvements
- add proper example
- audio effect support
- vst/au support
- scripting support via ofxLua
- effects e.g. via ofxPostProcessing
