reprocess! and timestamps #170

When using reprocess! the attachment_updated_at field will not be updated. This means that the url will have a timestamp older than the thumbnails mtime.

I am not sure if this is a design decision or an oversight, but I think that paperclip should either update the database or delegate the timestamp to the storage modules.
